Access to your unit is available and our facilities are still open and operational. Changing conditions may require us to limit office hours or modify office procedures, please call the facility you are interested in visiting beforehand on office procedures. We are encouraging everyone to use our contactless move-in feature and to pay online.

While on-site, please keep a minimum of 6 six feet away from other customers.

 

We are trying to do all we can to keep our facilities open and operating for you while keeping the safety of our customers and our team a top priority.

 

To rent a unit, you can do so online on our website https://www.goldenstatestorage.com/.

To complete the process and receive a gate code, one of our managers will reach out to you by phone or email for the final required information and provide you a gate code and directions to your unit. This touchless experience is a new process for us, so your patience is sincerely appreciated. 

 

To pay, you can do so on our website https://www.goldenstatestorage.com/existing-customers.

You must create an account using your gate code and unit number. If you would like to pay in person please call the location you wish to visit for their office protocols.

 

While on-site, please keep a minimum of six feet apart from anyone else and please wash your hands thoroughly before and after visiting our facility. Please be aware our restrooms may be closed at certain locations.

In order to stop the spread of the virus, if you become ill or have been in contact with someone who is, we request that you do not visit our facilities.
