Who We Are
Golden State Storage is your storage provider throughout Southern California and Nevada. Founded in 1974 in Southern California, we have been growing slowly and carefully ever since. Golden State Storage is a fully-integrated, self-administered, self-managed storage owner operator headquartered in Camarillo, California. We own and manage 10 Golden State facilities and manage others on behalf of the owners. Every person in the home office has worked behind the desk and visited all of our facilities. We treat our customers, our managers and our facility owners the way we would like to be treated.
Golden State Storage succeeds in providing our tenants the best combination of value, convenience and customer service available in Southern California. Additionally, Golden State Storage offers comprehensive consulting expertise and customized management solutions for other owners seeking advanced operational prowess and increased income.
Golden State Storage has partnered with the leading suppliers of self storage technology. As Golden State Storage has grown and matured, we have incorporated the latest industry innovations and management services. Golden State Storage now utilizes SiteLink software and Quikstor security services at our facilities, providing a coherent structure for our corporate managers and accountants while simultaneously creating a valued employee resource team that can be utilized at multiple facilities as staffing and business needs demand.
Golden State Storage looks expectantly to the future of the self storage industry and, partnered with SiteLink and Quikstor, know that we are well positioned to retain our prominent standing in a competitive marketplace while expanding to assist those facilities seeking professional management services.
