The following storage facilities are currently in development.

Near the corner of Far Hills Ave and I-215 in Las Vegas, NV, Golden State Storage - Redpoint will be the premier storage facility for Summerlin West. We expect to break ground on this development by June 2022 and anticipate opening for customers in June or July 2023. This facility will have an assortment of indoor climate controlled and drive up self storage units ranging from 5'x5' units to 10'x25' units along with covered and uncovered RV parking.

Located at 13020 Telegraph Rd in Santa Fe Springs, CA, we are rebuilding our storage facility from the ground up. A new 3 story solar powered and climate controlled facility in now under construction. This facility will have drive up and indoor climate controlled units ranging from 5'x5' units to 10'x25' units. We expect this new facility to open around September 2023.
