Are you located near me?
Our address is 26825 Oak Ave, one block off Soledad Canyon Road at the intersection of Oak Ave and Soledad St.

Do you offer discounts?
YES! We offer regular discounts when you rent or reserve your storage space online.  We also offer a 10% discount for all active duty servicemembers.

What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?
With daily move-ins and vacates our selection changes all the time. Click to see all available SMALLMEDIUM, and LARGE spaces with rates and specials.

How do I know what size space I need?
Use our size guide for an idea of what different units will hold. Also ask yourself how often you will access your storage unit.  If you won't need to get things often you can get a slightly smaller size and pack it tight.  If you'll be at storage regularly you will want a bit more room so you don't have to take everything out and then put it back in every time!

How do I get a storage space?
It's easy with these 3 easy steps:
1. You need storage
2. Rent or reserve your storage space online
3. Visit the office for your security code and get immediate access
Of course, you can also visit us in person 7 days a week time during office hours - no appointment needed

I got my storage unit! Now what do I do?
Use your security code to get through the gate anytime during access hours.
You will need a lock for your storage unit door. if you need one, we have quality locks for sale in the office.

How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person or through our website. You may also arrange to have payment be automatically deducted from your credit card or debit card. Please ask your manager about this feature. All of our facilities are equipped with a payment drop box however we do not recommend this for cash payments.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, money order, cashiers check, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. Please ask about our credit card auto-pay program!

Do you sell Locks, Packing and Moving supplies?
Yes, we sell high quality locks as well as boxes and moving supplies. Please call or stop by the storage location nearest to you for further information.

Do you have outdoor storage for boats, RVs and other vehicles?
No.  We do not offer vehicle storage at our location.
